control solutions (precise air conditioner, heat exchanger,
straight ventilation), and provides corresponding temperature
control solutions for different cabinet compartment, in order to
better realize energy saving and exhaust reduction.

The cabinet, made of galvanized steel, is divided into equipment
compartments and battery compartments. The cabinet is easy for
installation, and with good sealing performance.
4.1 Cabinet Material
The cabinet is made of galvanized steel, with double walls,
thickness of outer plate: 1.5mm, thickness of inner plate: 0.8mm.
There are heat insulation between inner wall and outer wall. The
insulation material is 20mm PEF, heat insulation coefficient:
0.035W/m·K. The cabinet is assembled type.
4.2 Cabinet Structure
The cabinet includes 19” equipment installation rack. The cabinet
includes four air conditioner and fans, installed on front door.
Equipment Compartment: The right part of the cabinet is equipment compartment, which is
separated from the battery compartment with devision plate.
Battery Compartment: The battery compartment is used for installing batteries. The
cabinet body has heat insulation foam, which can keep the
temperature inside the cabinet. The cabinet includes exhaust
device, which can release harmful gas generated by the batteries.

4.3 Cabinet Door and Lock
The cabinet includes four front door. The cabinet door uses
embedded structure. The door opening angle is larger than 110°and
the door limit device can limit the opening angle. The lock is
theftproof three point lock, supporting padlock.

4.4 Cable Inlet

4.5 Grounding Protection
(1)The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion
coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.
(2)The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be
connected with grounding bar. Connection resistance between any two
points is lower than 0.1Ω.
(3)Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet
should be connected to the grounding bar.
4.6 Connection and Fastening
(1)Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer
connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized
